At least 30 school buildings in New Jersey were forced to shut off water to their fountains after concerns arose about possible lead in the drinking water. Meanwhile, scientists and researchers in Wisconsin are looking for answers after a rare blood infection killed 18 people and made more than 40 seriously ill.
