The World Health Organization is busy with their pr people, dispelling rumors around Zika and microcephaly. In a new article, they emphatically state, “No evidence that vaccines cause microcephaly in babies.” They’ve even created a “Global Advisory Committee on Vaccine Safety”, which apparently is specifically to, “respond promptly, efficiently, and with scientific rigour” to just such rumors.
The LA Times writes, about the Zika scare, “If this were a murder investigation, prosecutors would still have a long way to go to prove that Zika is indeed guilty as charged.” They go on to quote this doctor:
“It’s entirely possible there’s something else going on in Brazil — something unique to the population or environment in which transmission takes place.” – Dr. Anthony Fauci
