Just three days after a Texas jury decided that seven-year-old James Younger should be forced into “transition” therapy by his fake mother who wants to turn him into a “girl,” Family District Court Judge Kim Cooks has ruled that the boy’s father, Jeffrey, will now be granted shared guardianship over the child like he originally requested.
What was initially thought to have been a total victory for the LGBTQP mafia has suddenly turned into at least a partial victory for sanity and reason, as Jeffrey will now be allowed at least some influence in his young son’s life. And hopefully this will be enough to stop Dr. Anne Georgulas, the boy’s “mother,” from subjecting James to puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones as he develops into young adulthood.
According to reports, Judge Cooks placed a gag order on Jeffrey after delivering her unexpected decision, which prevents him from discussing the case with the media. Jeffrey will also no longer be required to pay any attorney fees. As he emerged from the courtroom on Thursday with a smile on his face, reporters asked him if he was happy with the outcome, to which he responded with a “yes” before being ushered away by attorneys.
Constance Stanton, a friend of Jeffrey, also told the media that “prayers have been answered,” indicating that Jeffrey was given something of a fair shake when it comes to the ruling. Now, Jeffrey will at least be able to talk to his son, and we hope this will be enough to convince the boy to refuse to go along with anything that Georgulas tries to push him to do that could forever ruin his hormones and body, and thus his entire life.

This decision by Judge Cooks came not long after Texas Governor Greg Abbott, a Republican, announced that he would be ordering an investigation into the status of young James. Since news of this shocking case has gone global, shining a highly negative light on the state of Texas, Gov. Abbott apparently wants to nip this one in the bud.
“FYI the matter of 7 year old James Younger is being looked into by the Texas Attorney General’s Office and the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services,” Gov. Abbott wrote on Twitter, “FYI” meaning “for your information.”
Other Texas conservatives, including Senators Ted Cruz and Representative Dan Crenshaw, have also chimed in to express their concerns about young James and what his future might hold at the hands of Anne Georgulas, whom we previously reported is not even James’ real mother.
“This is horrifying & tragic,” Sen. Cruz wrote on his Twitter account. “For a parent to subject such a young child to life-altering hormone blockers to medically transition their sex is nothing less than child abuse,” he added.
Rep. Crenshaw added on his account that the jury’s original ruling was “heartbreaking,” adding that it “sets a horrible precedent” for the rest of the country to follow in deciding matters relating to childhood gender.
“A 7-year-old can’t possibly make this decision or understand it,” Rep. Crenshaw added. “Parents should know better. I hope this father receives the public support he needs.”
Natural News will be sure to provide you with up-to-the-minute updates about this case as it continues to unfold. In the meantime, keep James in your thoughts and prayers as his entire future would seem to ride on the whims of our criminal justice system and the unknown people that are brought into the case as jurors.
